Dear all, Mary Heiny Sensei will be teaching a special class for us on Tuesday May 17 from 6-7:30pm at Blue Heron dojo. Please mark the day on your calendars. FYI, she will be at Burlington Aikido the weekend before. Non-stop springtime Aikido fun here in the Champlain Valley! jml

This series will focus on the fundamental teachings and techniques of Aikido to ensure that all participants start their journey with a solid footing.
